I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Please allow 1-2 business days of processing, handling and production time for your order to ship out.

Our team carefully inspects all items before they hsip out for quality control.

A tracking number will be provided to the email that you indicated on file when placing the order.

Will i receive a tracking number?

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we have it. This typically takes anywhere from 24 hours up to 3 business days, depending on demand and weekend/holidays.

We ship out orders as soon as we can. We work with a variety of carries within the U.S. such as USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL and more.

How can i return an item?

We have a 30 days return policy, which mean you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same conditions that you receveid it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Where do you ship from?

Depending on our buyers' locations, we ship from several of our warehouses across the east and west coasts of the continental United States.

Can i cancel an order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please contact us.
